These terms cover your use of lundcapital.com, the private client apps Lund Capital Group, LLC ("Lund Capital") provides, and the Lund Capital text message program. By using them you agree to these terms.

Use of this website and our apps

This website is for general information about Lund Capital. Nothing on it is an offer to sell, or advice to buy, any security or investment. Our private client apps are for the people we invite to use them; keep your link, PIN and passwords to yourself and tell us right away if you think someone else has used them.

Text message program

• Program: Lund Capital text messages. We send account and service notices: secure links to your private report or to documents shared with you, requests for receipts on card charges, approval requests and account notices. We don't send marketing texts.
• Signing up: you sign up on our text message page or by agreeing to the same words with a member of our team. Consent isn't a condition of any purchase or service.
• How often: message frequency varies, usually a few messages a month.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply.
• To stop: reply STOP to any message. We'll send one confirmation and nothing more. Reply START to sign up again.
• Help: reply HELP, email [email protected] or call (844) 593-7694.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Your mobile number is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Limits

This website and our apps are provided as they are. To the fullest extent the law allows, Lund Capital isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from their use.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
